the chair cushions. guess who found them....)
The moment we begin to fear the opinions of others and hesitate to tell the truth that is in us, and from motives of policy are silent when we should speak, the divine floods of light and life no longer flow into our souls.~ Elizabeth Cady Stanton ~
I don't seem to be inspired to speak much lately. Perhaps this is a fallow time and keeping silent is the right thing to do. Certainly, I do not feel a lack of divine light and life...for this is my year of grace.

One of the things I love most about the state of grace is the quiet. Not that you shouldn't speak when the time is right and the words are there, but that the right words come, when they are needed, from time spent replenishing and listening to the deep, silent wells within us. May this be a blessed time for you.
Fallow, I love that word.
It's far easier to hear in silence.
P.S. Awfully nice of you to provide such lovely outdoor seating for the boys.
