Isn't that true for each moment of our lives, since the moment is truly all we have? So perhaps we should stay awake, huh?
For those who don't know, Jane Wagner partner of Lily Tomlin, and author of "The Search for Signs of Intelligent Life in the Universe." So imagine Lily Tomlin as the philosopher bag-lady delivering the above line - we saw her do that in SF some years back, and she was brilliant.
I find it reassuring.
The idea that we are enough just as we are, doing just what we're doing--liberating!
