what would i do if i couldn't read?

The man who does not read good books has no advantage over the man who cannot read them.

Mark Twain

Read any good books lately?

I am reading Healing Through the Akashic Records. I am simply reading through it first. Then I will go back and start working on the exercises in the records.

What are you reading?

Whoa! That sounds heavy. I hope you find what you're looking for there.

I'm reading Crow Nation, which I'm liking quite a lot. I just finished Homer, a true story of a blind cat you might enjoy. Also reading a ton of kids' books, the most recent of which was Carl Hiasson's Chomp - so funny and well-written as all his work is.

I am re-reading--for the second time this year--Alice Walker's In Search of Our Mothers' Gardens. I see a much different author in it than I did in the Eighties. Then, I devoured the book. Now, I read and re-read passages, understanding with a depth I missed back then.
