happy marriage

A happy marriage is the union of two forgivers.

~ Ruth Bell Graham ~

I agree.

I agree, too.

So true. That's really the key, isn't it, to any good relationship, lover or friend? That and a good sense of humor.

My sweetie and I had a rare row the other day. Kissed and made up, of course, but strong conflicts come seldom enough after 21 years that we were a bit dazed by it all.

Silver lining, I said. We have to have a good fight now and then to assure we stay together because you know what the all-knowing They say: Couples who don't fight, don't last.

I agree with you both. Or it could be a happy marriage is the union of one who's faster and one forgiver. :-)

I agree with you and with Unknown, one of my favorite philosophers, who is quoted as saying, "We come to love not by finding the perfect person, but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly."
