flu season

So, to prevent fatigue and worry, the first rule is: Rest often. Rest before you get tired.

Dale Carnegie

I'm glad I did a load of laundry yesterday so I would have enough clean underwear today.

I ache.

I'm cold. I want to be in the hot box with Misi.

Nausea.

Headache.

I drank clear liquids and ate bland food.

I took a salt bath.

I used the magic healing machine.

Tomorrow will be much better...except for that storm that's coming in. Not. Ready. For. Snow. Please.

Oh, dear, B. I'll lite the healing candle and do the dance. Sounds like you are doing all the right things. Out, out, damn germs....

I'm not ready for snow, either, even though my kids seem to be begging for it.

Hope you're feeling better soon.

So sorry to have missed this when you were feeling poorly. That stuff hurts, and the older we get, the more difficult it seems to bounce back. Do you find that so?

Wishing you plenty of strength today and forward. And what, pray, tell is the magic healing machine?
