are we having fun yet?

Faith is permitting ourselves to be seized by the things we do not see.

Martin Luther

Some days are better than others. I admit it. I worry...about the health of people I love...about my own condition in the material world. I anticipate losses and I worry.

Most of these things I can do nothing about--or better said, I am doing what I can to help.

And you know...some days it just isn't fun at all.

The dragonfly is good medicine. Perhaps, an indication of things not seen. I'll take it.

Dragonfly's medicine is very powerful. So glad she came to visit you. This picture is so amazing - worthy of framing, maybe so you don't forget.

Perhaps an indication of things not seen, or a reminder to be in this moment right here lest you miss this gorgeous sight. That's my most difficult task - to not look forward or back, but to just be in this moment right here.

I'm with Deb - frame the photo. It is lovely!

I'm having deja vu! I thought I had already seen this image and post--and actually responded to it! Here's what I remember posting, a quote from Carson and Sams in their Medicine Cards book.

Dragonfly ...
Breaks illusions,
Brings visions of power,
No need to prove it,
Now is the hour!

Know it, believe it,
Great Spirit intercedes,

Feeding you, blessing you,
Filling all your needs.

Spooky to imagine I dreamed this entire post and response. But there it is. It's wonderful that dragonfly represents illusion, don't you think, yet intercedes to assure we have all we need?
