In keeping with "birthday month," yesterday I got a Tai massage (yes...that is how they spell it) and today I am going to the hot springs for spa day with one of my oldest (as in longest time) friends. We have much catching up to do.

This is one of my all time favorite Mary Oliver poems - the whole poem is as amazing as the part that gets quoted.
I'll do my best to "spa" myself. And if anyone asks, I'll say, "Wanda told me to." Have a delicious time!
