I have a big ol' fly on me today. The sprinkler system leaks. The valves for each zone are worn out. The low pressure drain valves are now "any pressure" valves--yeah..blown out. And the valve boxes are full of mud.
Seems our contractor was...less than stellar on his performance on this system.
Given my current lack of funds for hiring help, I'm going to fix it myself. Either that or Mary* will have to send help my way.
Stay tuned.

You can fix that, and give yourself a mud pack facial at the same time.
